Amerex Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer/Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify and address equipment failures and improve overall reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance data.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
