Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment to identify corrective actions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and parts.
  • Install, align, and balance new equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Test and inspect equipment to ensure proper operation and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of experience in a related industry, preferably in a production or maintenance role.
  • Valid California driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pipe fitting, boiler making, and insulating.
  • Knowledge of welding and machining techniques.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Working Conditions
  • Environmental exposure to wet and humid conditions.
  • Material exposure to moving mechanical parts.
  • Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
