Operating Room Nursing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nursing Manager to join our team at Surgicare of South Austin. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical management and expertise over operating room nurses, surgical technicians, and central sterile processing staff to ensure patients receive high-quality, efficient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise all surgical areas of care
- Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with clinical practice standards and policies of the center
- Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of nursing care provided
- Provide accessible support to staff, including breaks, meal coverage, and staffing shortages
- Monitor clinical areas to ensure materials are provided for upcoming cases
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Experience in OR, preferably in an ambulatory surgery setting
- Valid BCLS Certification upon employment
- ACLS as required by facility
