Bring your passion for patient nutrition to the top-ranked hospital in Wisconsin. We are seeking a Clinical Nutrition Resident to join our 10-month program.

You will perform technical and clinical work involving patient assessment, nutrition-focused physical exams, and food service operation management.

We are looking for a Clinical Nutrition Resident to:

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) to screen for nutrition risk, obtain diet history, explain food/drug interactions, plan menus consistent with diet orders, and develop and implement nutrition interventions
  • Perform tasks and complete responsibilities related to food service operations and management

Education:

Minimum – Technical nutrition knowledge and abilities obtained in a four-year undergraduate degree program or four-year undergraduate degree program in dietetics, food, and/or nutrition or related sciences accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics

Work Experience:

Preferred – Experience in food and nutrition service operations is highly desirable
