Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Starbucks Team Lead to join our team at Omni Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of baristas to create a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and lead by example to ensure that all team members provide legendary customer service.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of baristas to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties, to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of store operations, including food and beverage preparation, cleaning, and sanitation.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and guests to ensure that all needs are met and that the store is running smoothly.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members and guests.
  • Team Management Skills: Ability to supervise and train a team of baristas to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Skills: Ability to execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties, to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
