We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Starbucks Supervisor to join our team at Omni Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a Team of Baristas: Supervise and direct a team of baristas to ensure that they are providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Manage Store Operations: Assist the Director of Outlets and Starbucks Lead in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties.
- Deliver Legendary Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive legendary customer service by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
- Develop Positive Relationships: Develop positive relationships with shift team members by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs, and concerns.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Maintain all Omni Hotels & Resorts attendance and punctuality standards, as well as maintain all Moments of Service standards.
- Provide Quality Products: Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Leadership Experience: Ability to direct the work of others and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Communication Skills: Effective oral communication skills and ability to communicate with team members and guests.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to deliver legendary customer service and create a positive customer experience.
- Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
