  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance customer satisfaction and departmental profitability.
  • Lead and mentor team members in parts department operations.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient inventory control system.
  • Interpret inventory reports and understand parts pricing procedures.
  • Stay informed about new models through technical service bulletins and surveys.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, including coaching, organizing, and interpersonal sensitivity.
Qualifications

Experience with CDK software is a plus. A valid NYS driver's license is required.

Job Type

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $30.00 per hour plus commission.
