Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong capability to resolve intricate customer service challenges while providing exceptional support related to home mortgage loans.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service
- Background in Call Center operations
- Experience in Collections is advantageous
- Familiarity with Mortgage processes is beneficial
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
