Role Summary

The Head of Ticket Sales Strategy is responsible for steering the ticket sales division towards achieving annual sales objectives. This role involves overseeing, inspiring, and managing the ticket sales personnel while implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring high-quality customer service through the sale of various ticket packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the ticket sales team to meet individual and collective sales targets for all ticket offerings.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales and service personnel.
  • Foster a competitive and professional sales culture, leading productive team meetings and training sessions.
  • Monitor and report daily sales activities, including outreach and client interactions.
  • Generate accurate reports on sales performance and prospecting efforts utilizing CRM tools.
  • Provide actionable feedback on sales effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Act as the primary liaison for ticket sales at the league level.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to enhance lead generation and streamline sales processes.
  • Manage personal sales efforts while guiding the team through effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Engage in networking opportunities at various events to promote ticket sales and establish new connections.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients regarding ticket sales.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Surpass assigned sales goals across all ticket categories.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while managing a diverse client portfolio.
  • Oversee game day activations to enhance fan experiences.
  • Recruit and manage part-time staff for event support and customer engagement.
  • Represent XFL Properties LLC with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience is necessary.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience is required.
  • Experience in premium or ticket sales within the sports and entertainment industry is essential.
  • Familiarity with customer service practices is required.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is necessary; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster or Archtics is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
