Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Maintenance Control Center (MxCC) Range status updates to colleagues, management, and Space Force Range Engineers.
  • Manage the input of Work Center Remedy trouble tickets into the USAF Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) Equipment Status Reporting (ESR) module, including reviewing and correcting IMDS Job Data Documentation (JDD) as necessary.
  • Execute MxCC Help Desk functions by responding to phone calls and email inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to Range personnel.
  • Support MxCC team members in creating and maintaining Range documentation, including work instructions, maintenance procedures, operating instructions, and technical manuals.
  • Compile MxCC reports for both internal and external status meetings.
  • Generate and submit daily Contract Data Requirement reports.
  • Assist in the development of Preventive Maintenance Instructions (PMI) and the scheduling of Range maintenance as needed.
  • Conduct Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) data extraction for oil sample and power supply trending, along with the necessary reporting.
  • Actively pursue initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of LISC enterprise solutions, products, or services.
  • Innovate process improvements to ensure contract compliance and fulfillment, while implementing methods derived from integrated process team actions.
  • Develop and integrate LISC enterprise concepts and recommendations to leverage Cross Range best practices, efficiencies, and standardization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including administrative tasks such as subcontractor oversight, invoice processing, budget management, and coordination of launch operations.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in Space Flight Launch and Test Range Operations and Maintenance (O&M), or five years in a highly technical field.
  • At least two years of experience utilizing the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Familiarity with principles of Radar, Telemetry, Command Destruct, Meteorology, Range Safety Data Handling, Communications, and Timing instrumentation systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Database Structured Query Language (SQL) is preferred.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • Flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or weekends to meet specific project or mission requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. Driver's License.
