Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry and its operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of its operations and challenges.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
