Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for essential financial decisions.
  • Collect and evaluate each client's financial data to accurately assess elements such as financial standing, cash flow, expectations, goals, retirement strategies, and other wealth management considerations.
  • Adopt the mindset of a structured yet adaptable team player, open to ongoing education and mentorship from colleagues.
  • Tailor financial strategies for each client based on their professional circumstances, life stages, and evolving financial objectives.
  • Assist clients in progressing towards their financial aspirations through strategic recommendations on products, plans, and investments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Aspirations of entrepreneurship.
  • Proven success in sales, athletics, military service, client relations, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional time management abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Current FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 licenses are advantageous.
  • Fundamental understanding of financial industry principles, products, and the financial advisor's role is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and numerical skills, demonstrated by a history of cultivating strong client relationships.
  • Basic proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office, financial planning tools, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related platforms is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is necessary.
