Position OverviewAs a Senior Financial Advisor, you will operate as an independent entrepreneur under the Farther umbrella, establishing a client-centric practice with the support of modern tools. You will have the freedom to expand your client portfolio and provide exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and addressing client needs, articulating how you and Farther can enhance their wealth management.
- Utilizing your proven success in building client relationships and your comprehensive financial expertise to onboard new clients and deliver outstanding service.
- Leveraging advanced technology to streamline prospecting, reduce administrative burdens, and distinguish yourself from other financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities- Convert prospects into clients and foster loyalty among existing clients.
- Source and manage potential clients using proprietary, data-driven tools, while nurturing deep relationships.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new wealth management clients.
- Consistent display of ambition, determination, and perseverance.
- Expertise in investment products and services related to personal finance.
- Ability to communicate financial advice with empathy and confidence.
- Passion for enhancing the personal finance experience.
- Existing transferable client base.
- Possession of Series 65 or equivalent; clean U4.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA or CFP certification.
