Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Liaison will be responsible for:
- Educating and problem-solving with referral sources.
- Obtaining patient referrals and conducting assessments.
- Participating in the planning and execution of departmental strategies.
- Traveling frequently for business purposes, requiring reliable transportation.
- Establishing and nurturing effective relationships with assigned accounts and team members.
This role serves as a crucial source of market intelligence, facilitating direct communication between the community, referral sources, and healthcare providers.
The Clinical Liaison often represents Vibra in the community, tasked with fostering a positive and professional image that supports long-term relationships with our clients.
Essential Qualifications:
- Active and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, or Social Worker in the relevant state.
- Recent experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home health settings.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel using various transportation methods.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in clinical screening is advantageous.
- Marketing or sales expertise is preferred.
- Familiarity with the local medical community is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with medical and administrative staff, patients, and families.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a proactive approach.
- Ability to perform clinical assessments accurately and within established timelines.
- Competence in statistical analysis and timely report completion.
- Commitment to achieving goals with a results-oriented mindset.
- Professional demeanor and knowledge of regulatory standards.
