Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth at Midwest Groundcovers LLC. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
- Develop and implement leadership strategies to drive sales performance and achieve company goals.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure territory sales goals are achieved.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in each territory with existing customers.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Territory Management:
- Monitor sales performance across all territories, making adjustments and coaching as necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
- Leverage CRM tools and data to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline development.
- Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
