Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and lasting impression for every customer interaction.
  • Engage with multiple clients at the cash wrap, offering personalized service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Accurately and efficiently process register transactions, sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and ringing of merchandise, using price overrides when necessary.
  • Manage customer expectations, clearly communicating product information, care, and maintenance.
  • Affirm purchases and offer additional merchandise suggestions to complement and complete initial selections.
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions and share information with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area.
  • Maximize resources to meet customer needs and resolve any issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, adhering to Company policies and procedures.
Criteria
  • Proven ability to close sales and exceed goals.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to think outside the box.
  • Passion for creating lasting relationships with customers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Success in a team environment, with the ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate POS system.
  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.

  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Pay is based on factors such as education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The anticipated pay range for this role is $16.00-$17.00 per hour.
