Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Jim Glover Dodge Chrysler Jeep FIAT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to prospective customers and follow up to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Connect new customers with the appropriate service team member
  • Work with customers in a professional and well-spoken manner
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
  • Proactively build out prospecting networks
  • Log all activity in a CRM
  • Meet and exceed sales goals each month and quarter
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
