Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and authorize vendor invoices for payment
  • Execute vendor payments in accordance with the dealership's payment timetable
  • Keep precise records of all accounts payable activities
  • Reconcile bank statements and confirm accurate payment recording
  • Investigate and rectify discrepancies in vendor invoices
  • Compile and present reports to management
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
