Xerox is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Customer Services department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software to our customers and peers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT systems, including Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Collaborate with other IT personnel to resolve complex technical issues and provide support for a range of IT systems.
- Perform maintenance and upgrades on IT systems, including installing hardware and software solutions, and configuring network devices.
- Document and track technical issues using our internal systems, and provide regular updates to customers.
- Work with third-party IT vendors to manage and oversee technical support and maintenance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Windows System Administrator or similar role.
- 3+ years of IT customer service experience in a fast-paced help desk or customer contact environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, including Windows 7/10/11, Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, and Azure Administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and on a team, and strong written communication skills.
