Role Overview:


The primary responsibility of the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is to act as an Ambassador and Advocate for the Penn Foster brand, driving revenue through Client Acquisition.

The SVP will focus on executing a successful sales strategy and managing the complete business development lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis of new business opportunities and client demographics
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Contracting, Legal, and Finance teams to create proposals
  • Prepare and deliver engaging and innovative presentations to Clients and C-Level Executives
  • Leverage technology to craft compelling presentations utilizing graphs, charts, and pivot tables to demonstrate the value of our brand
  • Articulate the Penn Foster strategic vision, values, and principles through exceptional communication skills
  • Engage in negotiations and follow through on commitments
  • Be equipped to provide data and complex business models


Qualifications:
  • 10 Years of Solid Food Service Management Sales Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Experience as a Director or Senior Project Manager in Sales
  • Proficient in Technology and Computer Applications, including Microsoft Suite
  • Outstanding Communication Skills, both written and verbal
