Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Global Power Products.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components, providing technical expertise and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure the functionality, reliability, and safety of electrical systems and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into overall product designs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power electronics, PCB layout, SMT production, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully leading electrical engineering projects from concept to production.
- Familiarity with different wireless communication modules and communication protocols.
- Strong proficiency in PCB CAD software and simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
