KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary focus of this role is to profitably enhance our current operations by driving volume increases and securing new business opportunities.

Formulate strategic initiatives aimed at achieving the financial goals of the division.

Collaborate with Business Managers to cultivate a unified, efficient, and highly motivated sales team to meet Acosta's objectives.

Establish and nurture robust relationships with Clients to fulfill their targets.

Accountable for effective communication within the retail sector.

Manage expenses efficiently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years in sales or marketing roles with progressively greater responsibility.

A proven history of success in a management-level sales role within a food brokerage or a leading national packaged goods firm.

Prior experience should reflect demonstrated sales capabilities along with the ability to lead teams effectively.

Proficient in various software tools that support sales operations.

Ability to analyze sales and marketing data to create impactful sales presentations.

A solid grasp of fundamental financial management principles and the capability to monitor and control expenses effectively.

Communicate the company's operational philosophy, objectives, and goals clearly to all team members.

Skilled public speaker capable of delivering persuasive presentations to stakeholders and clients.

Willingness to travel as required.
