Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line technical support to all staff members, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to understand and address IT needs, ensuring seamless integration and support.
  • Manage and maintain hardware asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of all equipment.
  • Enforce IT policies and guidelines, monitoring enterprise management platforms and reporting security risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, with a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience with JAMF is a must, with a proven track record of managing machines through JAMF, upgrades, and applications.
  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus, with relevant technology certifications desirable.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies, with proficiency in SaaS software and other software applications.
  • Excellent documentation and process skills, with discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000, with a 10% bonus.
