Channel Development Manager

About the Role
The Global Payments Solutions (GPS) team at Bank of America is seeking a motivated and self-starting Channel Development Manager I to join our Innovation & Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing business requirements based on a true understanding of client needs, working closely with cross-functional partners to inform scope and solution design of new functionality for customer-facing and associate-facing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop subject-matter expertise and business acumen in order to design and implement payment solutions
- Design and develop business requirements based on a true understanding of client needs, working closely with cross-functional partners
- Develop and/or influence product strategy to deliver comprehensive and cohesive solutions across the bank
- Manage several projects/deliverables at the same time, spanning technology, strategy, and product development
Requirements
- Deliver payment solutions in business, technology or operations role with proven track record on managing projects end-to-end through the system development lifecycle
- Operate independently within a matrixed organization at a variety of executive and junior levels

Preferred Qualifications
- MS Excel & PowerPoint to visualize data and communicate information clearly
- Figma/Invision to collaborate on user interface prototypes experience
- JIRA to create and refine business requirements with technology teams experience
