Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to prioritize patient care and make informed decisions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to empower them with knowledge and promote self-care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 1 year recent, full-time ICU RN experience.
- Cardiac ICU and/or Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU specific RN experience preferred.
