Contract Duration: 6 months+
Work Schedule: Standard Shift
Onsite Requirement: Position requires presence at the specified location.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Client Note: Preference will be given to candidates with significant experience, particularly in iPSC (induced pluripotent stem cell) culture or relevant industry exposure.
Key Considerations: While industry experience is not mandatory, experience in the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous. Candidates with degrees in Biology or Biochemistry will be viewed favorably. Proficiency in tissue culture techniques is essential; experience with iPSC, ESC, or pluripotent stem cell culture is a distinct advantage.
Essential Qualifications:
- Expertise in Tissue Culture
- Experience collaborating with scientists to adhere to established protocols
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Role Objective: To deliver technical laboratory research support for various projects aimed at the rapid development and assessment of human in vitro models and assays.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with scientists to perform laboratory studies that bolster project initiatives.
- Conduct tissue culture activities with human cell lines to refine and enhance workflows for cell model development and quality assurance.
- Assist in project management tasks, including the formulation of standard operating procedures, knowledge sharing, and promoting interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues within the organization.
Physical Demands: No overnight travel is necessary.
Work Environment: Engagement with human cell lines, recombinant DNA, and standard molecular biology reagents in a laboratory setting that may involve hazardous materials and biohazardous agents.
Additional Notes: Some flexibility in working hours may be required, including potential early mornings, evenings, or weekends beyond standard business hours.
