We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in the role of Licensed Medication Aide, where you will oversee the self-administration of medications for our Assisted Living residents, ensuring adherence to company protocols and state regulations.

Position Responsibilities

  • Compensation starting at $19.00 per hour.
  • Oversee the self-administration of medications within the Assisted Living Department, ensuring compliance with both Federal and State regulations, as well as Senior Lifestyle Corporation policies, under the guidance of the LPN/LVN and/or the Assisted Living Director.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status, providing accurate documentation to the LPN/LVN and/or Assisted Living Director.
  • Act swiftly in response to emergencies.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' personal information.

Candidate Qualifications

  • A minimum of one month of experience in a senior care environment.
  • Possession of state-specific certification may be required based on location.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Exhibit a professional and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
