Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that meet the needs of pharmaceutical clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative work, including copywriting, design, and production.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and approaches into our work.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing and advertising, with a focus on pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • A deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
