We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Liberty University. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating financial data, examining current events and market developments, and creating financial models to predict future performance.

- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future performance, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
- Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations to inform organizational strategy.
- Capital Expenditure Analysis: Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Automated Reporting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain automated reporting and forecasting tools to improve data analysis and decision-making.
- Return on Investment Analysis: Conduct return on investment analyses to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Financial Presentations: Present financial data and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
- Education: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient knowledge of data analysis technologies and practices, strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills, effective and clear communication and interpersonal skills, and proficient knowledge of the operations of a Higher Education institution.
The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is a climate-controlled office setting. It is well lighted and the noise level is moderate.
