About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Regency at Canton. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by assisting in food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Food Handling and Preparation: Handle and store all food according to facility procedures and safe food handling guidelines.
  • Assist with Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation as assigned by supervisor, including preparing food items according to standardized recipes.
  • Tray Line Setup and Delivery: Assist with the set-up of the food tray line and assemble diet trays for delivery to dining areas or units.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean dishes, utensils, and equipment according to facility procedures and assist in dishwashing operations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Experience: Prefer one year experience as a food service aide in an institutional food service setting.
