Job Title: Research Associate/Senior Research Associate - Plasmid and Cell Line Development

Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite)

Therapeutic Area: Genetic Diseases

Job Overview: Stratacuity is seeking a highly skilled Research Associate/Senior Research Associate to join our team in Cambridge, MA. As a key member of our Cell Line Development team, you will be responsible for developing a platform for non-viral drug delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clonal host cell line development, handling everything from single-cell cloning to cell banking.
  • Collaborate with research groups to enhance the DLVR-M stable producer cell line platform.
  • Work with the automation team to streamline the cell line development process and assist with tasks such as plasmid optimization and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field with 1-5 years of mammalian cell culture experience and strong math skills.
  • Must have organized work habits, basic molecular biology knowledge, and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
  • Flow cytometry experience
  • Critical thinking, exceptional communication abilities, and teamwork are crucial;
