Patient Care:
Provide individualized care to patients with complex health conditions, responding to a wide range of illnesses and health issues.

Monitoring:
Utilize telemetry equipment to continuously monitor patient status, reviewing and interpreting electrical activity of the heart.

Care Planning:
Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care to ensure the best outcomes for patients in critical and acute situations.

Collaboration:
Work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care and foster a culture of safety, shared governance, and nursing autonomy.

Advocacy:
Act as an advocate for patients, families, and significant others, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

Compliance:
Adhere to all Board of Registration in Nursing rules and regulations, as well as hospital protocols for patient safety and care quality.

Qualifications:

Education:
Hold a valid RN license in the state and have successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination.
Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
ACLS and BLS certifications also required.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required, preferably in telemetry or a critical care setting.

Certification:
Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
