About the Role

Citigroup, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Analytics Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial risk analytics models used in risk management across various business lines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis. You will work closely with model developers, business stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to provide expert guidance on model development, testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial risk analytics models used in risk management.
  • Collaborate with model developers to design and test models that accurately capture financial risks.
  • Communicate complex risk-related information to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in risk modeling and validation.
  • Provide expert guidance on model development, testing, and implementation.

Requirements:

\
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or finance.
  • Proven experience in risk analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with statistical coding software such as SAS.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience.
