Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our IAM team at one of our top banking clients. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for developing test plans, test cases, and performing manual tests for software functionality, installation, and usability.

You will also be managing bugs, error tracking, and defining/tracking quality assurance metrics (defect densities or open defect counts). This is a 1-year contract with extensions up to 18 months, and you will be required to be on-site 2 days a week in either Queretaro or Mexico City.

  • SailPoint Testing experience
  • SQL Experience

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
