We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at AndHealth. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical guidance and oversight to the specialty pharmacy program
  • Act as the senior clinical staff member at the specialty pharmacy
  • Lead the pharmacy's Quality Management Committee and oversee the Quality Management Program
  • Implement and oversee Quality Improvement Projects throughout the pharmacy locations
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service to health center providers
  • Collaborate with Engagement Specialists to ensure ongoing medication access for patients
  • Supervise Specialty Pharmacists and ensure they have the necessary training and resources
  • Review payor formularies and complete prior authorizations and appeals as necessary
Requirements:
  • PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
  • Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Ohio
  • Must be willing to obtain and maintain licenses in multiple states
  • 3+ years of direct patient care experience in pharmacy
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Immunization delivery certification preferred
