Job Title: Business Development Manager TSS

Join Tephra as a Business Development Manager TSS and play a key role in driving growth and innovation in the IoT and Digital Engineering space.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the Hitech and Telecom verticals. As a Business Development Manager TSS, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Hitech and Telecom verticals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and pitching proposals and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategy.
Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing an industry vertical business development team.
  • Deep domain knowledge in Hitech, Telecom, and related industries.
  • Experience selling and delivering engineering, digital, IoT, and connected solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
