Job Description

The Administrative Support Specialist - Zone provides administrative support to the Zone Director, focusing on collecting and disseminating information quickly, clearly, and correctly. This role is responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying priorities and problems, and facilitating all communications and meetings for the Zone Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a contact point for company policies and information.
  • Ensures store and district compliance to company policies and operating directives.
  • Monitors FIDO and follows up with Districts/Stores as needed.
  • Analyzes and interprets data to identify problems and exceptions for the ZD's attention.
Requirements:
  • Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and written, with organizational awareness and sensitivity.
  • Strong administrative/clerical skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
