We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at V R Della Infotech Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen patients for nutritional problems and implement the nutrition care process for patients with nutrition diagnosis.
- Foster continuity of care across the continuum of care and provide nutrition education to patients and family members.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and supervise diet clerks.
- Act as liaison between patients and the kitchen, and participate in daily patient rounds (care conference).
- Provide individual and group outpatient nutrition education and MNT, and perform the duties of instructor for the nutrition, physical activity, and mental health aspects of the group diabetes education program.
- Actively assess, evaluate, and maintain professional development and competency related to the competencies outlined in the position description.
