Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in our outpatient dialysis center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working 3-4 days a week, with a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, rotated Saturdays, and some holidays. You will work closely with a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians, including technicians, dietitians, social workers, physicians, and the center manager.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
- Assess, troubleshoot, and make sound recommendations in stressful situations
- Communicate effectively with patients and teammates to ensure seamless care delivery
- Chart patient assessments, orders, and care notes in our electronic medical record system
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
