We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Loyola University Health System. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of patient specimens.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, process, and route patient specimens to ensure timely and accurate testing.
- Perform assigned duties from the pre-analytical to post-analytical phases of testing according to standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to properly triage and efficiently move samples through all phases of testing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior knowledge of laboratory testing and specimen processing preferred.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent training acquired via work experience or education.
- 1-2 years of previous job-related experience.
