We are seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to join our team in the Core Lab at Trinity Health. As a Medical Lab Scientist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory testing, including waived, moderate, and high complexity testing, to support the delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all laboratory testing, including the pre-examination phase, in accordance with standard operating procedures and accreditation guidelines.
  • Conduct and document established quality control procedures on analytical tests, equipment, reagents, media, and products.
  • Evaluate the results of quality control testing and implement corrective action according to established protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
  • Specific Degree(s): Medical Technology, Medical Technician, Medical Laboratory Science.
  • Laboratory certification required (ASCP or HEW).
