The JobSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP)
You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Your role will involve:
- Evaluating patients through clinical assessments, standardized tests, and patient interviews
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings
- Providing therapy to improve patients' communication skills, including articulation, language comprehension, voice modulation, and fluency
- Maintaining accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Collaborating with the team to ensure comprehensive patient care
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- A current, valid state SLP licensure
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a related field
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
