Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care to our members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling members regarding health care and prescription medication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to our members.
  • Administer immunizations and provide education to members on health care and prescription medication needs.
  • Counsel members on health care and prescription medication needs, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
  • Pharmacy license in good standing.
  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
