Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and document their insights to refine our policies and procedures.
  • Identify, interview, onboard, and train exceptional candidates who will contribute positively to our organization.
  • Provide guidance on essential organizational policies, strategic planning efforts, and business administration, including budget management.
  • Streamline and enforce human resources policies and procedures.
  • Supervise HR programs encompassing employee training, benefits, compensation, and organizational assessments.
Qualifications:
  • Exhibit strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR managerial role, senior HR generalist position, or equivalent upper-level HR capacity.
  • Previous experience in hospitality HR is preferred.
