Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) that cater to the distinct needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with assigned paraprofessionals to ensure comprehensive support for all students.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt instructional methods to meet educational objectives.
  • Engage with parents, school personnel, and other professionals to enhance student support.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the formulation of educational and behavioral strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related discipline.
