Job Objective

The purpose of the Store Production Supervisor is to oversee the Production process and the personnel assigned to that process with a focus on meeting established production/sales quotas/goals.

Essential Functions
  • Assign, direct and ensure completion of daily tasks for production/department team members. Including housekeeping for spaces assigned.
  • Trains new team members on production expectations and processes.
  • Provides quality control inspections, ensuring that only the best product makes it to the floor. (Good, Better, Best)
  • Tracks and reports production at scheduled times.
  • Participates in production processes as needed.
  • Proficiently uses cash register at locations that require.
  • Implement assigned strategies to meet product acquisition, production and sales goals for the day/week/month.
  • Know the product acquisition, production, and sales goals.
  • Diligently implement product rotation process.
  • Looks for ways to improve donor and shopper experience.
  • Communicates with the Store Management/DOO regarding all facets of the operations, keeping them updated on all incidents and concerns for assigned areas.
  • Supports management in creating a positive understanding of policies and procedures. Directs complaints and criticism to management.
  • Supports the protection of the resources under their supervision.
  • Other duties: Other duties as assigned by manager or Assistant Manager.
