{"Responsibilities": "As a Requirements Engineer at Peraton, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our nation's security. Your expertise will be instrumental in capturing and translating mission and customer requirements into capabilities, testing, and validation of services. You will analyze and allocate requirements to systems architecture components, oversee the development, testing, and validation of systems and services, and coordinate the integration of systems and services into enterprise architecture. Your responsibilities will include decomposing and allocating strategic level requirements, maintaining consistency with the Agency's requirements process, implementing strategic plans and programs, and building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for interfacing with the Agency Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) system, developing and maintaining a Requirements Traceability Verification Matrix (RVTM), and developing and maintaining program performance measures. Additionally, you will develop, communicate, and participate in systems engineering projects or boards, and ensure management is informed of all issues, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner.

**Key Skills and Experience:**

* 12+ years of experience working in a Requirements Engineering discipline or a closely-related field
* Experience tracing program/project requirements to the source requirement
* Ability to coordinate with users and stakeholders to develop Sensor program requirements
* TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program
* Knowledge of the geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the Intelligence Community
* Familiarity with NGA's Request for Change (RFC) process
* Familiarity with agile development
* Scrum master experience
* Experience using DOORS Next Generation (DOORS NG)
* Experience with tools such as JIRA, CONFLUENCE, and Tableau
