Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients and accurately check them into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system using established protocols.
- Order Sleep Study devices and upload reports into our system.
- Review future clinic schedules to ensure insurance and necessary patient documentation is complete.
- Schedule patient appointments and answer call center calls as needed.
- Own the opening and closing of the clinic, ensuring documentation is completed and patient payments are received.
- Cross-train as a Care Coordinator or Medical Assistant, depending on clinic needs.
- Prior medical experience is preferred, but not required.
- Proven ability to independently apply best practices in time management and multitasking.
- Strong customer service focus and solid technology skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Electronic Health Records.
- Great attention-to-detail and accuracy in work, with a solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
- A culture that values kindness, solutions-mindedness, and encourages questions.
- 16+ days of PTO (prorated your first year based on start date) and holiday pay.
