Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and accurately check them into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system using established protocols.
  • Order Sleep Study devices and upload reports into our system.
  • Review future clinic schedules to ensure insurance and necessary patient documentation is complete.
  • Schedule patient appointments and answer call center calls as needed.
  • Own the opening and closing of the clinic, ensuring documentation is completed and patient payments are received.
  • Cross-train as a Care Coordinator or Medical Assistant, depending on clinic needs.
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior medical experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven ability to independently apply best practices in time management and multitasking.
  • Strong customer service focus and solid technology skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Electronic Health Records.
  • Great attention-to-detail and accuracy in work, with a solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
