Role Overview: As a Senior Compliance Risk Manager, you will support the development of new tools and initiatives that enhance the store's global compliance efforts. Your influence will drive behavioral changes, project planning with legal and business partners, and foster cross-functional commitments to uphold Amazon's quality standards while ensuring compliance with restricted product operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate risks and current operational functions.
  • Document processes, identify gaps, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to determine areas for improvement.
  • Control existing processes and establish new ones.
  • Collaborate with legal and technology teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in leveraging technology and applying lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.

The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000 to $185,000, depending on market location and individual qualifications.
