Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Copywriter to join our team. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing relevant content concepts, writing and proofing copy, and communicating concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to interpret project briefs and develop content concepts.
  • Write and proof all copy for delivery or posting.
  • Communicate concepts effectively, applying brand awareness and campaign tactics.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
  • Adapt writing style for various mediums, including online and offline.
  • Work closely with designers and art directors.
  • Collaborate in new business pitches and internal meetings.
  • Oversee campaigns from production to completion.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of writing or related experience.
  • Strong editorial and proofreading skills.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with the creative team to develop great campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; portfolio required.
  • Professional experience in an advertising/marketing agency preferred.
  • Excellent communication, grammar, and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven writing and concepting ability, with a knack for quick turnaround.
  • Highly creative, imaginative, and curious about clients' products and services.
  • Skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.
  • Understanding of different language styles for various target markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be willing to work in our Coral Gables office 2-3 days per week.
